We have partnered with two leading law firms with esteemed reputations in the Australian legal sector to recruit senior BD and client talent. We are searching for candidates who are passionate about delivering outstanding results and strategic insights to clients.

Reporting into highly regarded leaders, you will have responsibility key service line. These are critical hires, where the successful candidates will be instrumental in shaping engagement strategy and collaborating with prominent lead partners.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will:

• Collaborate with partners to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities across key practice areas.
• Develop and implement strategic BD plans to strengthen client relationships and drive new business.
• Lead high-profile pursuits, pitches, and tender processes with precision and creativity.
• Champion client engagement initiatives, leveraging insights to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering market intelligence and strategic advice.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the BD team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

About You
