Marketing and Communications Advisor

As the Marketing and Communications Advisor, you will play a pivotal role supporting the firm’s strategic growth objectives through innovative marketing and impactful client engagement initiatives. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and collaborating closely with Practice Group Leaders, Principals, and the Business Development team, you will enhance the firm’s market presence and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the firm’s overall business objectives.
- Support innovative, client-centric campaigns that strengthen client relationships and drive engagement.
- Own and continually optimise digital marketing channels, including the firm’s website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
- Implement and leverage marketing automation and CRM technology to optimise content segmentation, distribution, and audience insights.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations informed by marketing analytics and digital intelligence.
- Develop and manage an annual content strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with firm priorities and market opportunities.
- Act as brand custodian, ensuring consistency across marketing collateral, external communications, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with industry associations and strategic partners to elevate brand positioning and leverage sponsorships.
- Lead internal communications initiatives, creating compelling content that reinforces firm values, engages employees, and drives internal alignment.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a marketing and communications role within a professional services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful digital marketing campaigns, including proficiency with marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with experience interpreting data and analytics to drive strategic decisions.
- Strong creative flair, with the ability to produce visually compelling and engaging content.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working autonomously with high attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in advising senior stakeholders.
- Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- Experience with Real-Time Journeys on Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be highly regarded (though not essential).
