Our client, a prestigious top-tier professional services firm and an internationally recognised powerhouse is seeks a senior level Digital CX & Design Manager to lead their dynamic Digital, Design, and Data team based in Sydney or Melbourne. This leadership role involves overseeing an end-to-end design and digital production team, driving innovative client experiences across digital and physical touch points, and enhancing the firm’s brand and business growth.

Role Responsibilities:

Business and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Champion UX, design, and development capabilities within the firm.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with client and business goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and act as a thought leader in UX and design best practices.

Design Process Management:

  • Lead the design lifecycle from UX and design to development, ensuring quality and collaboration.
  • Provide creative direction, quality assurance, and agile project management.
  • Develop user-centric solutions using Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design principles.
  • Establish guidelines and processes to maintain high-quality outputs.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of design specialists.
  • Cultivate a skills roadmap to ensure the team stays industry-leading.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
