About the Role
Our client, one of the world’s leading consulting firms, is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join their growing Clients & Markets team. This role focuses on collaborating with two of their most significant accounts, helping to drive revenue, strengthen client relationships, and deliver on strategic account initiatives. As part of a team that blends technical skills with strategy, you will support industry leaders and key account partners, with ample opportunity for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Coach: Drive high-performance within the account team, influencing and managing senior stakeholders to exceed client expectations.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, shape propositions, and develop pricing strategies.
- Pursuit Strategy: Lead pursuit strategy sessions, improving positioning and conversion of high-priority opportunities.
- Account Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Salesforce and iPower to track pipeline performance, forecasts, and margin, while exploring opportunities for alternative pricing structures.
- Client Feedback: Manage client relationships, gathering feedback, and serving as the main contact for client procurement functions.
- Account Relationship Plan: Own and drive the account relationship plan, ensuring continuous network expansion and opportunity management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Leverage internal alliances and collaborate with marketing to identify opportunities through events, thought leadership, and go-to-market campaigns.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Over 7 years of experience supporting B2B accounts in complex environments to drive revenue growth.
- Leadership: Strong ability to influence and build rapport with leadership in a matrixed organization.
- Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, time management, and commercial acumen.
- Team Player: A self-starter with strong communication skills, capable of negotiating and persuading senior stakeholders.
- Data & Analytics: Proficient in data analysis and visualization.
