We’re seeking a skilled CRM Manager/Specialist for our client, a prominent global architecture firm, to lead their client engagement strategy and manage the rollout of Dynamics 365 CRM system. Reporting to a respected BD leader, this role plays a critical part in optimising CRM processes, enhancing client experiences, and driving business growth.

We are seeking an energetic and passionate CRM professional to oversee the continuous development and smooth operation of our CRM system across the APAC region. This role supports business development efforts, project reporting, and client engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management & Rollout:
- Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM, including onboarding and training for new users.
- Create clear, engaging training materials accessible on-demand.
- Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and seamless performance through proactive CRM maintenance.
User Support & Training:
- Offer troubleshooting assistance and provide interactive training sessions.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders on client initiatives and relationship-tracking efforts.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:
- Develop segmented customer lists based on client engagement patterns.
- Generate strategic reports using Power BI and Dynamics 365 to guide business development decisions.
Process Improvement & Integration:
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend CRM integrations with third-party tools.
- Maintain best-practice libraries in SharePoint/Open Asset.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience in a CRM or business development role within professional services or B2B.
- Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of CRM implementation and user engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner).
