Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Proposal Management: Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Drive the firm’s growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Client Focus: Develop and execute client development plans, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with partners and practice groups to align business development efforts with firm-wide goals.
  • Innovative Solutions: Implement innovative business development initiatives to differentiate the firm in the market.
  • Thought Leadership: Position the firm as a thought leader through strategic marketing and communications efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years in business development within the legal sector.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and adept at building lasting client relationships.
