A leading mid-tier professional services firm is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive – Clients & Industries to play a key role in driving client growth, industry positioning and market-facing strategy.

This is a commercially focused role for a business development, client and marketing professional who wants to move beyond execution into true strategic impact, working directly with Partners to shape how the firm goes to market, wins work and deepens client relationships. Sitting within a high-performing BD & Marketing function, you will take ownership of client and industry initiatives aligned to firm growth priorities. This includes developing go-to-market strategies, leading client engagement programmes and identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships across key sectors and referrer networks.

You will play a central role in translating market and client insights into action, helping shape campaigns, content themes and BD initiatives that drive both new business and organic growth. The role also involves leading key account programmes, coordinating partner activity and ensuring a consistent, structured approach to client development across the firm.

In addition, you will contribute to industry strategy, developing value propositions, supporting strategic partnerships and positioning the firm more effectively in priority markets. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with Partners and internal stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.

This opportunity will suit a marketing or business development professional with experience in professional services, who is comfortable operating in a partner-led environment and influencing senior stakeholders. You will bring strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills and the ability to translate insight into practical, revenue-generating initiatives.
