Due to continued growth and an enhanced strategic focus on digital engagement, we are currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their outstanding marketing and BD team.

About the role:

Reporting directly to the Senior Communications and Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of the firm’s digital marketing initiatives, focusing on driving engagement and improving online performance through sophisticated use of SEO, analytics, website optimisation, and targeted campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimisation, and technical enhancements, significantly increasing visibility and website traffic.
  • Regularly perform SEO audits, proactively monitoring competitive activity and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
  • Manage and optimise the firm’s website, ensuring content, metadata, and technical structures align with best practices.
  • Utilise data analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI) to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to enhance digital strategy and support business development.
  • Collaborate effectively across BD, design, and practice teams to publish and optimise impactful digital content, including thought leadership and targeted campaigns.
  • Oversee and refine the firm’s email marketing activities using the Swift platform, managing account segmentation and driving campaign success.
  • Design and implement compelling social media strategies aligned with broader firm priorities, enhancing market presence and supporting recruitment initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Digital Marketing Coordinator, fostering professional development and high performance.
  • Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, proactively bringing innovative ideas and technologies into the firm’s approach.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within professional services.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, digital analytics, website optimisation, and email marketing.
  • Strong strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
